20254 – Business Process Consultant (SAP SD) Montgomery, AL (onsite 100%) CBU : HMMA
PURPOSE This Sr. Business Systems Analyst (Shared Resource) of SAP SD module is for supporting Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama. This position requires in-depth knowledge of SAP SD module functions and basic ABAP debugging skill. This position also requires strong hands-on working experience in analyzing user requirements and providing solutions with best practice.
Weight of SD module and FTA support:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Plans/Executes CBU's FCM projects, Track/report the status of projects and ensures that projects remain on target to meet deadlines
- Support customers in the daily IT operation of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) – Vehicle/MIP(Engine/Panels) Sales
- Support HMMA’s Integration Purchasing team in the FTA (Free Trade Agreement) process/system
- Leads small projects and major enhancements by planning project management role
- Manages projects as needed from resource planning, system design, system development and implementation
- Performs benchmark studies, research and guide continuous improvement to meet changing needs and requirements
- Be central contact point for ERP standard/template, ERP design and Work with Korea HQ team
- Defines ERP standard for CBUs and drive CBUs to adapt standard solutions
- Coordinates and overlooks of SAP custom developments
- Performs 2nd Level Technical Support SAP SD Module
- Creates training materials and provide end user training
- Works with cross functional groups to complete development projects and tasks
- Assists Support team for complex ERP issue, Guide ERP issues
- Helps other module consultants resolve problems and provide backup Support during lack of resources
- Support FTA(USMCA) issues in ERP

REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of hands-on configuration, development or support of SAP S/D area
- Bilingual (Korean) is preferred, but not required
- At least 3+ full life cycle implementation experiences
- HANA Based ERP Experience preferred
- Strong problem solving & analysis skills
- Technical expert in design, configuration, testing & debugging of SAP SD module
- Understanding of the integration points between the modules
- Ability to understand ABAP & SAP Interface
- Programming skill using ‘ABAP’ is plus (Understanding of complex ABAP Programs is required)
- Ability to identify the changes in business needs & translate these into successful solutions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skill
- Automotive Industry experience (preferred)
- SAP certifications are a plus
- FTA (like USMCA) experience is preferred or willing to learn FTA system
Salary Range: $97,080 to $149,490 per yr.
