We are seeking a **Psychological Assessment Clinical Supervisor** to join our team and support our Health Center Physicians in delivering exceptional patient care in **San Jose, CA.** The Psychological Assessment Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing psychological assessment processes, including assessments, report writing, and providing clinical supervision to interns, trainees, and staff within the Behavioral Health department. This role involves supervising, consulting, and training interns, trainees, and licensed staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services. **$115,000- $150K** **Onsite!** **Education/Experience:** **Ph.D./Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology is required.** **Two years of psychological testing, including neuropsychological testing and report writing experience.** **Two years of providing clinical supervision and supervision for psychological and neuropsychological testing.** **Duties and Responsibilities:** Provide clinical supervision and consultation for staff and doctoral interns/ trainees. Oversee assessment processes, review clinical documentation, conduct live supervision, identify assessment-specific development needs, and provide performance feedback. Facilitate clinical didactic training sessions. Provide educational support to trainees, interns, and staff. Deliver culturally sensitive, client centered individual/group/family counseling/rehabilitation direct services. Development of culturally relevant assessments and treatment plans. Facilitate referrals to community resources and performs case management services. Complete all documentation per Medi-Cal, Santa Clara County, Board of Psychology, Board of Behavioral Services and AACI standards within deadlines. Conduct psychological assessment and testing for assigned clients. Complete and maintain LPS 5150 Authorization certification and provide officer of the day support. **Benefits:** Signing Bonus: A warm welcome to our team!
