Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Bookkeeper to become an integral part of our team! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to manage and analyze financial records, payables, rent rolls, property taxes, utility expenses, and budgeting to ensure everything runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other important financial documents.
- Analyze and develop reports related to business operations and budgets.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with financial standards and requirements.
- Identify and implement new processes to improve financial efficiency.
- Present your analysis and findings to the management team.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in accounting or a similar field.
- Solid understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Hands-on experience with Yardi or other property management/accounting software.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 5+ years of experience with Yardi.
- Experience with tax filing and property management bookkeeping.
