Job Position Description: With a ‘One Team’ mentality, perform all accounting, receivables, payroll, taxes, financial reports, and record keeping functions. Track and manage all accounts receivable and accounts payable. Assist with administrative office tasks, such as computer back-ups, correspondence, job file management, phone handling and weekly reports, as needed. All financial activity is recorded correctly and in a timely manner. All records are kept neat and organized. All necessary information concerning finances is communicated to the Office Manager and the Owner. Assistance is given to other members of the office staff, when necessary. A PuroClean accounting clerk takes pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.
Responsibilities: - Address and manage customer needs and concerns, notify management and ownership as needed
- Managing all aspects of financial administration, billing, invoicing, reconciling accounts, tax reports and petty cash.
- Record keeping of all fixed assets and regular reporting to management and ownership
- Professional development of PuroClean specific skills and expertise, procedures, and processes
- Review and make sure all timesheets and timecards are processed or forwarded to payroll service for payroll and payroll taxes to be completed accurately and timely
- Weekly collection of accounts receivable and reporting to management
- Accurately track and report business income and expenses, ensuring sound financial data and records.
Qualifications: - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people. Representing the brand with honesty, integrity, and professionalism
- Aptitude with handling customers and teammates with empathy, and clarity of ‘message’
- Skilled with organization, record keeping and close attention to detail
- Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines. Ability to present yourself professionally
- Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with teammates, clients, and customers to create win-win situations and support the business.
