We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in Albany. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to maintaining efficient office operations.

📍 Location: Albany, NY
⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office
💼 Role: Administrative Assistant (On-site)
Rate: $18-$20/hr.
Duration: 12 months

What You'll Do:
🎯 Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for team members
📞 Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism
🗂️ Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
📋 Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
🤝 Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees
💻 Utilize software tools to streamline administrative processes

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum of 2-3  years of experience in an administrative role
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Experience working in a law firm or a government agency or office setting
✅ Experience reviewing legal or financial documents.
✅ Experience with office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.)

Preferred Education: High School
