Title: Executive Assistant (Bilingual Spanish)
Location: New York, NY
Length: 6-months (possible extension and possible conversion)


Job Description
Bilingual - fluent Spanish (written, speaking, and business acumen); this role will interact with Latin America Markets team members.
Manage daily calendars for senior leaders, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes. Arrange and reserve conference rooms, catering, audio/video and other services as needed for meetings and conferences.
Coordinate travel arrangements and submit expense reports in an efficient manner using Concur.
Drive key team activities and events (such as team meetings, strategy sessions, conferences, ordering supplies and social events).
Handle tasks proactively and efficiently to ensure seamless coverage for all supported staff.
Build and maintain good business relationships with executives and administrative staff across the organizations.
Complete ad hoc administrative requests in a timely and detailed manner.



Skills Required:
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, high-energy corporate or family office environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently, ensuring accuracy and efficiency under tight deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills - produces succinct, well-edited, and polished correspondence and materials.
Fluent in Spanish; comfortable communicating and coordinating across diverse teams and regions.
Flexible and responsive, with a willingness to monitor and manage communications after business hours and on weekends as needed.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with strong attention to presentation quality and detail.
Experienced in Concur Travel & Expense Management and American Express Travel, including booking, reconciliation, and expense reporting.
Able to adapt to a variety of workstyles and personalities, including high-energy and demanding executives.
Known for professionalism, discretion, and proactive problem-solving in dynamic, confidential environments.
