We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to become a vital part of our Commercial Real Estate Practice Group at our principal office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of Florida's oldest and most respected multi-service law firms.

**About the Role:**
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in various areas of law, including Family Law, Environmental Law, Immigration Law, and Securities Law.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work onsite at our Palm Beach Gardens office.
- Represent a diverse range of clients, including commercial real estate developers, financial institutions, and landlords/tenants, in various real estate transactions. This includes residential, self-storage, warehouse, office, industrial, mixed-use, and gas station properties, as well as office-condominium transactions.
- Manage complex transactional work, including:
- Acquisitions and dispositions, focusing on purchase and sale agreements.
- Construction, acquisition, and mezzanine financing.
- Commercial leasing, particularly anchor and junior-anchor shopping center lease transactions.
- Construction and development, including the preparation and negotiation of AIA construction documents.
- Drafting and negotiating easement agreements, declarations, and association documents.
- Overseeing survey, title, and due diligence review processes.
- Conduct detailed research and provide strategic analysis to support our clients.

**What You'll Bring:**
- Strong legal judgment, business acumen, and a deep understanding of commercial real estate law.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- A strong work ethic, capable of managing files independently while collaborating with team members.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida with membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
