In the AT&T Account Trainee position, you will undertake an extensive learning journey, acquiring the skills essential to building strong customer relationships, enhancing team collaboration, and expertly promoting our clients' newest products. Through hands-on product demonstrations in residential settings, you will engage customers, offering them a direct experience of our clients' offerings, driving sales, and exceeding business objectives. AT&T Account Trainee Responsibilities:

• Engage in hands-on sales presentations, interacting with customers and showcasing client products/services.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns about sales, products, services, or pricing.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, ensuring you professionally represent our clients to prospective customers.
• Collaborate with the management team to learn how to interview, train, and mentor new team members.
• Develop expertise in lead generation through sales activities.
• Foster a positive team culture, contributing to a supportive and dynamic work environment.

AT&T Account Trainee Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1 year of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or an equivalent entry-level position is required.
• Robust, goal-focused, and passionate about working with others
• Self-motivated with qualifying leadership skills.
• Remarkable problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and fast growing environment.
