Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to design, implement, manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud environments on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices, cloud architecture, and automation, with a passion for improving software delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or other automation tools.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
• Manage and optimize Azure resources including AKS, App Services, VMs, Storage Accounts, and Networking components.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and secure deployments.
• Implement and monitor Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for performance and reliability.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling of cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure security and compliance best practices in all DevOps processes.
• Troubleshoot build and deployment issues across multiple environments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in CI/CD, observability, and cost optimization.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or System Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (PaaS, IaaS, Networking, Security).
• Expertise in Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Boards).
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting for automation.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD best practices, and version control workflows.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
• Understanding of networking, security principles, and identity management (Azure AD).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments.
• Preferred / Nice-to-Have
• Azure Certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104, AZ-305).
• Experience with Docker, Helm, or other container orchestration tools.
• Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.

• Ability to mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices.
