As a Business Development Manager on the Amazon Business Services team, you will work across Sales, Operations, Product and Business teams to develop a GTM approach and source, vet, and secure customer opportunities. This high visibility role will require regular communication with senior leaders, collaboration with tech and non-tech teams, and influence on partner team's roadmaps to secure progress toward shared goals.


This role can be based in Seattle, Austin, Boston, or New York City.

Key job responsibilities
• Identify and size opportunities to unlock new Services customers and enable incremental spend
• Partner with cross functional teams to grow the Amazon Business Services business
• Work independently to deliver results in an ambiguous environment
• Compile, manage and report on project metrics weekly, and lead high profile meetings to align on project requirements and feature prioritization

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline
