CENCO Claims is seeking a reliable and experienced Property Claims Adjuster to handle daily residential and commercial claims in Cape Girardeau, MO , and the surrounding Midwest region. This field-based position offers consistent claim volume, flexible scheduling, and strong support from our experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person property inspections to assess damage
Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate
Capture and organize photo documentation and written reports
Maintain professional communication with policyholders and carriers
Submit accurate and timely claim files
Requirements:
Proficiency in Xactimate software
Strong understanding of property damage and structural repairs
Excellent communication and time management skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Designated home state adjuster license
Preferred: 2+ years of field experience in property claims adjusting
