What You'll Earn
Our regional drivers earn $1,315 to $1,515 per week. You'll also earn accessorial pay, putting more money in your pocket every mile. Additional compensation includes detention pay, layover pay, and holiday pay. We prioritize keeping you moving and making sure every hour counts.
Home Time That Works for You
You'll be out 7-9 days and earn 1 full day off for every 7 out - but here's the difference: your time off doesn't start when you pull into the driveway. If you get home Tuesday morning, your clock starts Wednesday. That means you actually get the time you've earned. You can also choose to take your home time anywhere you run, not just at your home address. Whether you want to be near family, unwind somewhere quiet, or plan around personal needs, we give you the flexibility to do it your way.
No NYC. No Jersey. Minimal Unload.
We keep you out of NYC, New Jersey, and other high-pressure zones. This job is built around efficiency and simplicity. 85-90% of our freight is drop and hook, keeping your wheels turning and your clock productive. For the 10% of loads that require unloading, we provide you with an electric floor jack - and yes, you're paid for the work. No surprises, no unpaid labor, and no wasted time.
Reliable Equipment, Serviced Regularly
You'll be behind the wheel of a Kenworth T680 automatic, built for long days and real rest. Each truck comes equipped with a Smart Idle system, a 1500-watt inverter, double bunks with new mattresses, and a bunk heater for cold nights. Our trucks are serviced every 6 months, helping you avoid downtime and keep your income consistent. When your equipment works, you do too - and we don't take shortcuts on that.
Benefits, Terminals, and Orientation
We offer United Healthcare after 60 days, and a 401(k) with a Fidelity match after 90 days. Orientation is just 3 days and we cover travel via rental car or Greyhound, with hotel and Uber included when needed.
