Overview
Allstar Service Contractors is on the lookout for skilled and experienced Appliance Repair Technicians to join our team as subcontractors. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of one year of hands-on experience working on washers, dryers, microwave ovens, ovens, cooktops, and dishwashers. If you do not meet this experience requirement, we kindly ask you to refrain from applying.
This position is strictly subcontractor work, providing flexibility and competitive compensation. We highly encourage contractors who run their own businesses to apply. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background, demonstrated expertise in appliance diagnostics and repairs, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities
Diagnose appliance issues and submit detailed diagnosis report for repairs.
Complete repairs as directed by Allstar Service Contractors.
Ensure proper installation of parts and verify that appliances are fully operational after repair.
Payment
Flat-rate payment per job, starting at $125–$250.
Payment is provided upon the successful completion of each job in its entirety.
All parts are supplied and paid for by Allstar Service Contractors.
Requirements
Must own reliable transportation. (Truck or Van preferred)
Must have verifiable experience fixing appliances commercial or residential.
Must have the necessary tools to complete all assigned repair jobs.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in appliance repair (residential and commercial).
Ability to diagnose and repair major and minor appliance issues independently.
Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals.
Ability to locate parts with full diagnostic report
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Prior experience as a service technician or in field service.
Refrigeration or electrical experience is a plus.
