Job Description

Zeitview is looking to contract 1099 Commercial Drone/UAS Operators on the East Coast, around Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington DC with opportunities for contracts around Montana, Wyoming, and Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of transmission and distribution utility assets.
• Will be responsible for safe and efficient data collection as well as successful upload of all collected data.

Job Details:

• Opportunities for additional contracts outside of this region throughout the United States upon successful feedback and reviews from Zeitview personnel.
• Will be issued assets to be collected per a Statement of Work.
• Approximately 6-month duration on this project with availability for additional work upon completion.
• Will be trained on required shot list required for each Statement of Work.
• Significant professional drone experience is not required, however experience operating drones is preferred.
• A willingness to learn and be a productive member of a safety conscious, professional team environment is essential.

Required Shotlist:

• Approximately 5 specified shots of each designated distribution pole all above conductor height.

Minimum Equipment Requirements:

• DJI Mavic 3 Pro/Cine or Skydio X10.

Equipment can be provided by Zeitview for a fee.

Required Qualifications:

• FAA Part 107 Commercial Drone Certificate.
• Valid Driver's License
• Must have an operational personal vehicle that meets basic professional standards or be willing to provide an adequate rental.
• Safety conscious mindset
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous professional drone experience or formal training.
