Job Description

Position Summary:

The Construction Foreman will be responsible for leading and supervising crews on a variety of paving and pavement maintenance projects. This includes ensuring jobsite safety, maintaining project timelines, overseeing quality control, and coordinating equipment and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Schedule and coordinate labor, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and job specifications.
• Oversee paving, concrete, striping, seal coating, crack sealing, thermoplastic, and demolition tasks.
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and project documentation.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a Foreman or supervisory role in construction, preferably in paving or pavement maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt, concrete, striping, seal coating, crack sealing, thermoplastic, and demolition.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as pavers, rollers, skid steers, and seal coat machines
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work long hours, including weekends and nights if needed.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
