Contract Administrator
Fort Worth, TX (Alliance area) | Hybrid (1 day WFH)
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $21/hour
• Full-time, 8am-5pm
• W2 Contract
ROLE IMPACT
As a Contract Administrator in Retail Credit, you will audit and process retail and lease contracts submitted by dealerships nationwide. Your attention to detail directly impacts timely funding and customer account setup. Success is measured through scorecard performance in a production-driven environment, making focus and independence critical to this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Audit contract packages for completeness and accuracy using multiple internal systems
• Verify dealer-submitted documentation meets funding criteria
• Ensure timely processing to facilitate dealer payments and customer onboarding
• Maintain performance in a metrics-based environment
• Navigate complex workflows independently while escalating exceptions as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year experience in administrative, audit, or data review roles
• Proven attention to detail in high-volume environments
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and ask clarifying questions
• Knowledge of retail and lease contract structures preferred
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Internal funding and document management platforms
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)
• Web-based auditing and CRM tools
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience in automotive finance or dealership operations
• Familiarity with compliance documentation standards
• Exposure to production-based performance models
