You will focus on the English and Spanish speaking markets, helping customers get the very best start with our platform. We are looking for people who are passionate about guiding customers and creating a truly world class experience
You will both onboard customers through weekly Webinar series , 1:1 meetings , and Email campaigns , but also take meetings with customers adopting and using the tool during & after onboarding.
Within the Customer Success department, you will be working with Customer Success Managers, Product Specialists, Onboarding Specialists, Digital Success Managers, and Promote Specialists, who are located all around the world.
