We're looking for a Data Analyst with deep experience in data modeling, analytics, and visualization to support enterprise-level initiatives within the Intelligence Community. Responsibilities - Work with teams of data and system engineers to design, develop, build, analyze, and evaluate data management systems, including database modeling, relational database architecture, metadata, and configuration management.
- Use data mapping, data mining, and data transformation tools to design and develop integrated data repositories.
- Integrate disparate raw data across a federated enterprise using Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes.
- Analyze enterprise-level Services of Common Concern to identify gaps, opportunities, and trends for improving enterprise services.
- Design, build, and maintain data visualization dashboards, reports, and analytics products to meet client needs.
- Provide data analytic support for surveys, data calls, and other enterprise data-gathering processes.
- Communicate complex technical and analytical findings in a clear, concise narrative using graphical, written, and verbal formats.
- Leverage statistical methods, machine learning, NLP, large language models, and pattern recognition to extract insights and identify trends.
- Design and build intuitive dashboards and visualizations to convey analytical outcomes effectively.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree + 7 years of data analysis experience, or no degree + 12 years of experience.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (required).
- Proven experience in visualization and trend analysis.
- Ability to elicit information from broad user bases and apply appropriate analytic methodologies to generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analytic tools such as Access, Excel, Python, R, SQL, VBA.
- Proficiency in data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, data engineering, and data enrichment.
Preferred Qualifications - 5+ years of experience within the Intelligence Community.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience developing, deploying, and managing applications in a cloud environment.
