Job Title: Data/Business Analyst
Location-Type: Hybrid in Arlington, VA (first two weeks fully onsite, then 3 days in/2 days remote)
Start Date Is: April 7
Duration: 3 months (potential to extend)
Compensation Range: $30-44/hr
Support multiple projects by analyzing and visualizing data to track investments, streamline reporting, and enhance decision-making.
Work on investment tracking tools and financial data analysis
Conduct data analytics and partner with digital analytics teams
Create and track KPIs, identifying gaps in data and improving reporting
Develop dashboards for leadership to provide holistic insights
Support business teams with data manipulation, flow charts, and process diagrams
Clean and organize large datasets for better reporting and data hygiene
Collaborate with different departments to consolidate audience distribution
3-5 years of experience in business/data analysis
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills from a business perspective
Experience in data exportation, manipulation, visualization, and Excel
Ability to extract meaningful insights from data and summarize key findings
Experience creating flow charts/process diagrams (no specific program required)
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
Tableau experience for data visualization
SQL and Python knowledge
