Dynamics 365 CE Developer Lead

We're partnering with a large, high-performing manufacturing organisation that has more than doubled profitability through smart investments in technology, automation, and enterprise systems. As the organisation continues to scale its CRM and customer-facing platforms, they're looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Developer Lead to own technical delivery, code quality, and development standards across the CE ecosystem.

This is a player-coach leadership role for someone who wants to remain hands-on while setting the technical direction for a growing Dynamics CE environment.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

-10+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CE / CRM experience in enterprise environments
-5+ years working with the Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
-Strong C# development experience for plugins, custom workflow activities, and business logic
-Proven experience leading CE development efforts, including code reviews and technical sign-off
-Experience designing and supporting integration's using APIs, Azure services, or middle ware
-Working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD for CE, including solution management and deployments
-Experience operating in Agile/Scrum teams, supporting sprint planning and delivery
