Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping others and want to gain professional experience in a customer-focused environment. You will assist clients, answer questions, and ensure every customer receives a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email
Provide information about company products and services
Help process orders, returns, and general inquiries
