ERP Project Manager - D365 F&O - Microsoft Partner (Remote) - $175k

Are you a seasoned ERP Project Manager ready to lead complex implementations across diverse industries and geographies? A mid-sized Microsoft Partner is seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to drive full-cycle ERP projects with precision and impact.

What You'll Do:

* Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, from planning through go-live and post-launch support.
* Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals across finance, operations, supply chain, and IT.
* Oversee large-scale ERP projects (D365 F&O, SAP, Oracle, QAD) with budgets exceeding $2M.
* Coordinate multi-site rollouts, including international locations, ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder alignment.
* Collaborate with clients to define scope, timelines, and success metrics, while mitigating risks and ensuring quality outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

* 10+ years of overall project management experience (minimum 5+ years in ERP implementations).
* Proven track record managing 15+ ERP projects (minimum 3 large-scale), with at least 2 full-cycle implementations from start to finish.
* Experience leading projects with budgets of $2M+, teams of 20+ people, and 5+ site launches.
* Strong background in managing global rollouts and navigating cross-cultural project dynamics.
* PMP or similar certification preferred; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills required.
