Job Title: Dental Office Bookkeeper
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable/receivable
Payroll processing
Daily bank reconciliations
Insurance billing oversight
Month-end and year-end financial reporting
Work with CPA for taxes and compliance
Manage dental practice management software reports (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Online QuickBooks
Experience in dental or medical office bookkeeping
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with dental software is a big plus (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental)
Understanding of HIPAA and compliance basics
Qualifications:
5 years of bookkeeping experience ( preferred )
Degree or certification in accounting/bookkeeping (preferred)
Prior experience in healthcare or dental practices (strongly preferred)
Must pass a clear drug screen
Must have a clear background
Mon- Friday
