Job ID#210109** Pay Rate: $47 - $51/hr **Job Description:** * Describe the project they will be working on: 787 and 777 Aircraft modifications * Does the statement of work have any limitations on physical attributes? (Heavy lifting, long hours on feet, confined spaces, harnesses that have certain weight limits, etc.): Requires being on their feet for long periods of time, climbing ladders, fitting in confined spaces.-35 lbs * FOR LI - will they be operating any machinery? If so, what kind? Scissor lift, Boom lift * Type of background you are looking for (education, # yrs experience, etc.): 5+ years * Software skills required: N/A * Any certifications required: Yes, AP Certification but will consider Airframe Cert with 5 years of hands on AP mechanic experience. Also, the manager will consider candidates with min 3 years of strong AP mechanic experience but they must have the AP Cert and come in under max bill rate. TRAINING REQUIREMENT: Training requirements: * Boeing specific training and assessment required Physical requirements/indoor or outdoor work * Yes, 30% * Aircraft maintenance **REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:** 1. AP Mechanic 2. Total Knowledge of the Airplane 3. 5+ years of experience 4. Min H. S Diploma or equivalent 5. AP Certification required. **Preferred Skills/Qualifications:** 1. - Avionics 2. - Structures 3. - Interior **Education / Experience:** Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).
