Specialist training for the role,
You will:
Manage inquiries from touristic groups across all our destinations
Craft enticing group proposals and meticulous contracts
Take care of the group process in close coordination with our dedicated hotel teams
Act as the direct liaison for corporate clients and agencies
Skillfully handled invoicing and debtor management
What do you need to be successful at this job?
Language Maestro: Fluent in German, good English
Interest in the travel industry and ideally (not mandatory) some experience on the field.
Exceptional communication prowess and an analytical mindset
A proactive work style, fueled by enthusiasm and self-motivation
A strong sense of responsibility coupled with a dedication to quality
