Job Summary: 

We are hiring a reliable and hardworking Grounds Cleaner to work weekends at our market. This position involves collecting trash from bins, replacing trash bags, sweep litter as needed, and maintaining overall cleanliness. The role also includes securing dumpster areas and keeping the truck clean and in good condition. 

Work Schedule: 

• Saturdays and Sundays only 

• 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM  

• Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Drive a designated market truck around the property to collect trash from all bins. 

• Replace trash bags and ensure bins are kept clean and functional. 

• Use a picker, broom, and dustpan to clean up loose litter or spills. 

• Clean and maintain the vehicle used during your shift. 

• Ensure dumpster areas are secured, and fences always remain locked. 

• Report any damaged bins, broken fences, or safety concerns. 

• Follow proper waste disposal procedures and maintain a neat appearance of the grounds. 

Requirements: 

• Valid Driver’s License  

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and up and perform physical work throughout the shift 

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions 

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated 

• Prior cleaning or groundskeeping experience is a plus
