Reports to: Head of School

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Creighton Prep is currently accepting applications for a full-time faculty position in the Student Support Services Department as a 9-12 school counselor beginning in August of 2026.

Possible courses, programs and activities include:
Deliver all aspects of the comprehensive counseling program with a caseload of approximately 250 students from each grade level
Coaching or moderating teams, clubs, or other extra-curricular activities

Education and Experience
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in school counseling is required
Valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate with the secondary school guidance endorsement or the ability to obtain one prior to August 2026
Experience in career and college guidance or high school college counseling (at least 3 years) is strongly preferred
Experience with and desire to engage in extracurricular activities such as coaching or moderating clubs and activities is highly desirable
