Job Description

Galactic Logistics is an Amazon DSP (Delivery Service Provider) and is looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join our team. The role is responsible for various functions of the Human Resource department, including hiring, interviewing, and administrative tasks for running our daily operations smoothly.

Responsibilities: 

• Recruitment – Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for all open positions. Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of their department and any required job openings. Schedule and coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background verification.
• Administrative Activities related to Fleet Management – Assist with van repair management and manage the entire repair process.

Requirements: 

• A minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong ability to multitask and remain calm in emergencies
• Superb conflict resolution skills 
• Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and google sheets

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20 per hour. Pay is based on actual hours worked.
• Paid Overtime.
• Paid Time Off.
