*handles complex retail real estate leasing matters and real estate projects. *Drafts and negotiates high priority real estate leases and other legal documents, counsels business partners on real estate transactions and associated risk, including leasing, development, subleasing, dispositions, acquisitions, redevelopments, special projects, licensed businesses, asset management and real estate tax analysis. *Provides guidance and training to real estate paralegals. *A JD with at least 7 years of retail or commercial leasing experience required. 145k - 165k
