About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate and innovative Learning Technology Leader to revolutionize our talent development programs. In this role, you'll design and implement cutting-edge, technology-driven learning solutions for our global organization. You'll leverage your expertise in AI, data science, and digital learning platforms to create engaging and accessible experiences that foster continuous learning and growth. Collaborating with subject matter experts, you'll build interactive learning assets, optimize our technology ecosystem, and champion diversity and inclusion. Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement innovative, technology-driven talent development solutions that address the needs of a large, complex, and evolving global organization.

  • Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to create engaging, accessible, and inclusive digital learning experiences.

  • Continuously research, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (such as AI, data science, and new learning platforms) to enhance the accessibility, personalization, and effectiveness of learning programs.

  • Develop interactive and multimedia learning assets-including e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and structured learning pathways-ensuring compliance with accessibility and inclusion standards.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support to colleagues and stakeholders on all aspects of learning technology.

  • Monitor industry trends and best practices, proactively integrating relevant advancements into the organization's learning and talent development programs.

  • Lead the management, and continuous improvement of the organization's talent, learning, and development technology ecosystem, including vendor relationships and platform optimization.

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all learning solutions, ensuring programs are accessible and impactful for a global workforce.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated technical fluency in deploying impactful digital learning solutions, including the application of AI and automation to accelerate program delivery and effectiveness.

  • Proven success designing and implementing digital learning initiatives within large, complex, and global organizations.

  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with experience working across global teams and stakeholder groups.

  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language tailored to various audiences.

  • Innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to continuously improve talent, learning, and development experiences.

  • Recognized thought leadership in learning technology, with a commitment to team success and knowledge sharing.

  • Advanced proficiency in digital learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Synthesia, Easygenerator) and familiarity with learning management systems and analytics platforms.

  • Experience streamlining and optimizing talent development processes through technology.

  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
