Description We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Spanish Insurance Agent to join our team in Hawthorne, California. In this position, you will play a key role in helping clients navigate their insurance needs while building strong relationships. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine sales expertise with exceptional customer service in the dynamic field of nonstandard auto insurance. Responsibilities: - Sell and service nonstandard auto insurance policies to both new and existing customers. - Provide expert guidance to clients by assessing their needs and recommending insurance products tailored to their requirements. - Maintain and grow the current book of business through proactive follow-up and relationship management. - Educate clients on available insurance options and help them make informed decisions. - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless handling of customer inquiries and issues. - Utilize CRM tools and software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records. - Process insurance authorizations and claims efficiently to support customer satisfaction. - Handle inbound calls and address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. - Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate information. - Demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities to manage sales, customer service, and administrative tasks effectively. Requirements - Possess a valid Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. - Previous experience in sales and customer service roles. - High school diploma or equivalent education. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively. - Familiarity with CRM tools and insurance-related software such as Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, and Dentrix Dental Software. - Strong understanding of benefit functions, billing processes, and claim administration.
