Join our extraordinary team today! We are seeking an IT Analyst -GRC to join our team. Through role-based and risk-based trainings, the candidate would help plan a year of communications to the enterprise that represents the office of the CISO. They will help serve as the leading edge of the security culture and mission. **Your Impact** + Define an annual communications agenda - including message topics, outcomes achieved, delivery channels, and audiences. + Coordinate and oversee all training and awareness activities and build a cooperative relationship with the global communications team. + Stay abreast of the latest security topics and trends to identify new or key areas of focus for messaging. + Design, build, and maintain an active presence within the organization through SharePoint or other medium; Develop and maintain a clear procedure for approval of organization-wide communications, ensuring that in times of crises there are rapid methods to get information where it needs to go. + Write publications on behalf of the CISO and serve as an independent voice for the GRC team. + Maintain clear reporting and documentation across projects to aid decision-making, tracking, and KPI/KRI development. **Your Experience and Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree or minimum of 5+ years' industry experience in an information technology communications, marketing, or security role. + Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating at the executive level and designing outcome-oriented campaigns. + Working knowledge of cyber security and design, marketing, or development experience working in front-end application languages. + Willingness to raise risks clearly and in productive way and willingness to learn new technologies or methodologies. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global organization with dispersed teams; Experience working in an Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environment and demonstrated capability to work in front-end application languages. **Languages** **This role will require fluent English communication skills.
