**Overview**
Qualifications:
- Must be able to drive
- Previous janitorial and/or supervisory experience required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nightly janitorial staff
- Ensure cleaning standards are consistently met
- Manage supplies and equipment for nightly operations
- Report issues or maintenance needs to the Hiring Manager
- Maintain compliance with safety and company policies
- Provide training and guidance to team members
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
