**Job Title: Journeyman Laborer - Traveler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dependable Journeyman Laborer to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for those who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in dynamic environments, and are willing to travel. The role involves various construction tasks and requires a proactive attitude. **Responsibilities** + Perform a variety of construction tasks including demolition, concrete work, carpentry assistance, and site clean-up. + Clean and muck footings, perform rain repair, strip panels, remove nails, stack lumber, sweep, and take out trash. + Work closely with foremen and tradespeople to support project completion. + Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized job site. + Travel regularly to various project sites with travel and lodging provided. **Essential Skills** + 5-7 years of construction laborer experience, preferably at the journeyman level. + Experience with hand and power tools. + Concrete experience on commercial level projects, such as tilt-ups. + Strong work ethic and attendance. + Ability to lift heavy materials and operate basic hand/power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods. + OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive hourly wage based on experience, paid travel, lodging, and a daily per diem. The role involves working in various construction environments, often requiring the use of rubber boots and hand tools. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Wildomar, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
