About the Role

Bottomless Promotion is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Communications Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, TX. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in building strong communication skills while supporting in-person events, client interactions, and internal coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating communication between clients, team members, and event staff.

  • Provide accurate information to customers and attendees during events.

  • Support internal teams with documentation, schedules, and project updates.

  • Help prepare and organize event materials and communication logs.

  • Collect feedback from customers and share insights with supervisors.

  • Maintain organized records related to communications and event activities.

  • Support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.

  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
