De kwartiermaker ontwikkelt een ontwerp en plan van aanpak voor de inrichting van de CIO-functie binnen VNG Realisatie. De functie richt zich op het vormgeven van rollen, verantwoordelijkheden, overlegstructuren, governance en positionering in de driehoek Beleid–Uitvoering–Informatie. Je werkt conform de TOPR-aanpak van VNG Realisatie en levert een eindrapport op met aanbevelingen, randvoorwaarden en realisatievolgorde.
