Program Summary KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR's enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract's original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 10 countries. Job Summary The Sr. Associate Field Specialist, Materials is responsible for managing supply and inventory levels. This role involves ordering spare parts, and monitoring inventory levels. The specialist works within provisioning, inventory management, spares and replenishment, ensuring operational efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities + Maintain supply and inventory levels in the Cost Point operating system + Monitor spare part availability and inventory levels to ensure operational efficiency. + Perform duties related to provisioning, inventory management, spares, and replenishment. + Apply analytical and technical expertise to complete assigned work within the area of specialization. + Work within established standard operating procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. + Identify and resolve routine operational challenges independently, selecting solutions from established procedures. + Understand team integration within the broader program and organizational framework. + Utilize effective communication skills to facilitate the exchange of information. + Provide guidance and training to junior team members on program processes and standards as needed. Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) + High school diploma or equivalent. + Completion of two years of technical training. + Two to four years of relevant experience in inventory management, provisioning, or logistics operations. + Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to perform a variety of operational tasks. + Ability to work within established standard operating procedures with moderate supervision. + Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and implement solutions independently. + Effective communication skills for professional exchange of information. + A level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required in accordance with the position + Fluency in Albanian and possessing an unrestricted right to work and reside in Kosovo. Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) + Experience in inventory management, provisioning, spares, and replenishment. + Ability to train and mentor junior team members on ASL processes and standards. + Knowledge of Cost Point + Ability to identify and resolve routine operational challenges independently, selecting solutions from established procedures.
