What You'll Do:

Lead Memorable Tours
Showcase The Quinn and The Yards spacious studio, 1-, and 2- bedroom layouts, highlighting features such as modern kitchens, in-unit washers and dryers, open-concept floorplans, and private patios or balconies.

Stay in the Know
Monitor Milwaukee rental trends and local competitors to position The Quinn and The Yards as premier living destinations.

Support the Team
Assist with marketing campaigns, update online listings, contribute to social media, and help coordinate resident events that foster community.

Keep Things Running Smoothly
Accurately process applications and leasing paperwork while ensuring prompt, clear communication with prospects and residents alike.

Champion the Resident Experience
Be a go-to resource for current residents, offering support, solving problems, and helping maintain a welcoming, responsive living environment.

Create Connection Welcome every prospective resident with warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest in their needs.

• A passion for helping people find a place they love to live
• Experience in leasing, hospitality, customer service, or sales preferred
• Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and digitally
• Detail-oriented, organized, and tech savy with modern leasing systems
• Positive, energetic, and team-focused with a desire to grow in property management
