We are looking for a life insurance agent with amazing customer service skills to join our fast-growing insurance agency and help our clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business
• Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
• Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims
• Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies
• Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience
• Cultivating relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred
• Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred
• Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales experience preferred – enterprising mindset, no mile too far.
• Desire to help families and businesses to “Be Good At Life.”
• Bilingual Language preferred, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Portuguese, etc.
