Work from home or the office. Candidates will be able to work from one of the following locations: Cuyahoga, Copley, Tallmadge, Barberton, Norton, Wadsworth, Fairlawn, Canton areas. Responsibilities:

• Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies
• Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience

Qualifications:

• Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred
• Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must
• Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
