Position Title: MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR 

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000

Pay Grade:  13

Other Forms of Compensation: None

Job Summary

The  Hard Services Coordinator provides support to the Business Services Manager to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists with the oversight of subcontractor management of cleaning, light maintenance, pest control, waste management, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom operations,
• Manages all moves, adds, changes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Facilities Management experience within the Business & Industry sector
• Or prior Hospitality experience in a management role, Housekeeping Manager, Front Office Manager, Convention Coordinators, Operations/General Manager
• Experience with Soft Services to include Janitorial 
• GMP experience preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• P&L Management
• Client Relations and Customer Service Oriented
• Team leadership Abilities; Staffing, Recruiting, Development and Relations
• Planning, Organization & System Know-how

Additional Qualifications 

Coordinate hard service maintenance tasks within the facility.
Schedule and manage preventive maintenance programs.
Liaise with external service providers for reactive and preventative maintenance.
Assign work orders to maintenance staff and monitor progress.
Manage inventory of hard service tools, supplies, and equipment.
Handle work orders status communications and updates.
EAMS and ServiceNow administrative tasks, program updates, tech onboarding, and training.
Tracks and reports maintenance trends.
Back up support for work permit issuance and vendor safety training.
