Overview

Noor Staffing Group are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our medical staff and ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures, as well as the ability to work effectively in both clinic and trauma center environments.

Duties

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures in various settings, including Level I and Level II Trauma Centers.
• Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs, medical histories and documenting information in electronic health records.
• Administer medications as directed by physicians and ensure proper documentation of medication administration.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
• Support emergency medicine protocols and assist in the operating room (OR) as needed.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care instructions.

Skills

• Proficient understanding of medical terminology and healthcare systems.
• Experience working in a clinic or trauma center environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of emergency medicine practices.
• Ability to administer medications accurately and safely.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining a calm demeanor. 

Education Preferred:

Graduate/ HS Diploma

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• Certified Medical Assistant or Certified Registered Medical Assistant or NHA / NCCT Acridated 
• AHA BLS.
