Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT/MLS) to join a busy fertility clinic laboratory in Lone Tree, CO. This role is responsible for performing complex clinical testing, supporting reproductive health services, and maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.

Location: Lone Tree, CO

Pay: $30-40/ hour DOE

Schedule
  • 4/10s schedule (same weekday off each week)
  • 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday
  • Rotating weekend shift (1x/month)


Responsibilities

  • Perform complex laboratory testing, including andrology and immunoassay procedures (automated and manual).
  • Manage the full specimen lifecycle: collection, labeling, processing, transport, and storage.
  • Perform venipuncture with strong technical skill and patient care.
  • Complete Quality Control (QC), equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues; document corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain laboratory inventory, safety standards, and documentation.
  • Assist with training new staff and updating SOPs.


Requirements

  • MLT or MLS certification (ASCP required)
  • Bachelor of Science in Laboratory Science from an accredited program
  • Documented microscopic skills
  • 1+ year of experience in high-complexity laboratory testing


Preferred

  • Venipuncture experience
  • Semen analysis experience
