Full-Time Physical Therapy Receptionist!** **Custom Physical Therapy** is an outpatient physical therapy practice with four locations treating various physical conditions across Reno and Sparks. Our number one priority is our patients. We provide personalized treatment with hands-on, compassionate care. We perform comprehensive evaluations and encourage patient input for treatment planning and goal setting. At Custom Physical Therapy, we focus on exceeding each patient's expectations in: 1. Being able to multi-task is a must and strong communication skills and a positive attitude are critical as well. **Core Job duties:** + **Greeting Visitors** : Warmly welcoming guests as they enter the office, ensuring they are directed to the right person or department. + **Answering Phone Calls** : Handling incoming calls, providing information, and transferring calls to the appropriate department or personnel. + **Scheduling Appointments** : Managing calendars, booking meetings, and ensuring that appointments are organized. + **Administrative Support** : Performing tasks like data entry, filing, and handling correspondence (emails, mail, etc.). + **Other projects as needed** **Qualifications** + Previous experience with medical software packages + Medical office experience preferred + Microsoft office proficiency **Additional Information** The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$18.00 an Hour** . Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
