We are a fertility telehealth clinic specializing in helping women ages 30–42 overcome infertility naturally. Our 12-month fertility program examines over 500 biomarkers to create a personalized, room-by-room, body-by-body health plan. Our mission is to give women their best chance at optimal health for the next 10 years and the best chance of having a baby this year. What We Sell

• A 12-month natural fertility program (telehealth)
• Target demographic: women 30–42 years old interested in natural alternatives to IVF

How We Sell

• Traffic is driven through Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram), soon expanding to TikTok and YouTube Shorts
• Prospects are invited to watch a 30-minute online class on our results process
• From there, they book a paid consultation with our team
• Goal: 10 appointments sold per day at <$150 per appointment

Your Role

As our Meta Advertiser / Paid Media Buyer , your mission is to profitably scale our ad campaigns and consistently lower cost-per-appointment.

Responsibilities

• Manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Weekly optimization:
  • Kill ads with <20% hook rate
  • Kill ads with >$250 CPA
• Track & share weekly performance report , including:
  • Top 5 ads by hook rate
  • Top 5 ads by CPA
  • Provide direct links for our video editor to create new variations
• Work toward improving CPA from $200 → $100
• Maintain appointment flow at 10+ per day under target CPA

Performance Incentives

• Monthly bonus when CPA is below $150
• Additional bonus when CPA is below $100

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Meta (FB/IG) Ads Buyer , with bonus points for TikTok + YT Shorts
• Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and ad metrics optimization
• Ability to analyze hook rates, CTR, and CPA to make data-driven decisions
• Experience advertising to women in their 30s–40s (health, wellness, or fertility niches a plus)
• Excellent communication—must be reliable in reporting weekly results
• Available immediately and able to commit to 10 hrs/ week
