We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RRT/RCP)with strong NICU
experience to join our team on a per diem or travel basis in Torrance, CA. You will play a critical
role in providing specialized respiratory care to our neonatal patients during overnight shifts.
Position: Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP)
Location: Torrance, CA
Schedule: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay Rates:
∙ Per Diem: $45/hour + time and a half after 8 hours
∙Travel RCP: $50/hour + time and a half after 8 hours
What You'll Do:
🫁 Deliver respiratory therapy to neonatal patients in the NICU .
🩺 Monitor, assess, and document patient respiratory status and response to treatment .
📋 Operate ventilators, CPAP, and other respiratory equipment .
💊 Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
🤝 Follow hospital protocols and maintain high standards of safety and compliance .
What We're Looking For:
✅ Valid RCP license
✅ Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
