Location: Onsite | Franktown, CO (Between Castle Rock & Parker)
Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 Annually

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Generate and distribute daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly, and ad hoc reports
• Maintain reporting schedules and cadences with precision
• Communicate key insights clearly to stakeholders and department leaders
• Manage and update property, employee, and investor data in Yardi and internal systems
• Support the annual budgeting process for multifamily properties
• Identify and implement process improvements with our data team
• Provide cross-departmental support when time allows
• Deliver excellent internal customer service to field teams

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Real Estate, or related field
• 0–5 years of experience (job or internship) in a reporting or data analysis role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or higher)
• Familiarity with property management/accounting software preferred
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and data organization
• A passion for data, reporting, and process optimization
