Job Description

The Wound Care Provider (MD/DO) reports to the CMO and supervises nurses and medical assistants.

This full-time, field-based role involves delivering specialized wound care in patients' homes, nursing facilities, and assisted living settings.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans, providing treatments, supervising staff, and collaborating with healthcare teams to promote wound healing.

Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing, active licensure, wound care certification within 6 months, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Physical demands involve significant mobility, lifting, and exposure to environmental changes.

Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Skills required include strong assessment, procedural, communication, and teaching abilities, along with adaptability and emotional stability.
