Contract (Part-Time or Full-Time) with Potential for Permanent Role

Rhino Group Consulting is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role has the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accountability across departments. You will also report progress to Account Managers and, in some cases, communicate directly with clients to provide status updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage project execution from start to finish
  

• Track deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time
  

• Report project status and milestones to Account Managers
  

• Communicate directly with clients, providing updates and managing expectations
  

• Lead internal meetings and keep team members aligned on priorities
  

• Identify and help resolve bottlenecks or blockers to progress
  

Requirements

• Comfortable appearing on video during Google Meet calls
  
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar)
  
• Basic understanding of software development processes and terminology
  
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., tracking timelines, generating reports)
