Join our dynamic team at aaa auto parts in Rosemount, MN location as a Parts/Quality Control Specialist. We are committed to delivering high-quality auto parts to our customers and are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support our Shipping and Quality Control operations. In this role, you will serve as the critical last step in our 6-step process -- the last person to see parts prior to shipment, delivery or pick up. Responsibilities

• Pull and deliver auto parts to staging areas efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect auto parts prior to shipment using critical thinking skills to identify and report any damage or part issues.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team, managers and other departments to ensure timely project completion.
• Communicate occasionally with sales and production teams to align on quality standards and expectations.
• Promote and drive a culture of safety in the shop, completing required safety trainings.

Qualifications

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but training will be provided as needed.
